Describe of the value proposition
The basic idea is to create a website allowing users to easily find coupon codes for flights, hotels and other travel related expenditures.

Reservations made with online travel agencies are projected to total $43 billion dollars in 2012, a number that's constantly been on the rise since the industry's inception. However, none of these sites, be it Travelocity, Kayak, Expedia, etc. factor in available coupon codes into their "lowest price" calculations, nor even give their users the option of putting them in if they have them. Coupon codes for flights, for example, typically range from a 5 to 10 percent discount. The average flight in the first quarter of 2012 cost $373, which would mean a savings of about $18 to $37 with the use of a coupon code, by no means a fortune, but nothing to sneeze at for the average consumer. While such codes can be found in various places on the web, it's generally a pain in the rear to find one you can use, as I can attest to from personal experience, and even if you do, there are often a number of rules involving specific airports and departure dates you must adhere to.

My proposition is to catalogue as many such coupon codes as I can find, and create an easy to use database that can find the exact codes you need with the click of a button and suggest slightly alternate travel arrangements that would allow better codes to be used if possible. My target user would be anyone looking for a flight, hotel, etc., and my revenue would come from either affiliate marketing, advertising, or some combination of the two.
