Describe of the value proposition

CLM stand for "Critics Like Me". Currently on review sites like rottentomatoes.com and yelp.com, you receive reviews and ratings from anyone who posts on their site. However, not everyone has the same tastes as me, so why not filter reviews to only show the ones from critics like me. CLM Rating will match you up with other critics similar to you, so that you can get a more personalized opinion as to whether or not YOU will like that next movie or restaurant.

Just like Google and Facebook are doing targeted advertisements, CLM Rating will provided relevant, targeted reviews from "Critics Like Me".

I do think there is a problem. it's the yogi berra thing "nobody goes to yelp anymore, it's too crowded"
