Bio
Daniel Solomon is a business leader with a track record of creating new services. After being named the President of Colgate-Palmolive’s Curity Club for outstanding medical product sales in 1990, he started his own company, Value Healthcare, Inc, as a medical products distributor. Under his leadership, the company added healthcare management services in 1995 which resulted in the first eye care networks in the U.S. to offer coverage for laser vision correction (LASIK) and resulted in contracts with employers, health systems, and government. Mr. Solomon went on to create an innovative physician rating service in a strategic partnership with J.D. Powers & Associates in 2001 and he later led the turnaround of the Ambrose Employer Group, LLC, an outsourcing firm headquartered in New York City, where he delivered five consecutive years of +40% growth that culminated in over $700M in annual revenue.

In 2008, Mr. Solomon co-founded Minute Suites, LLC as a healthier way for people to travel. Minute Suites is the first company in North America to provide private suites inside security at airports where travelers can nap, relax or work. Mr. Solomon’s development of this unique passenger service has resulted in many industry awards including the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport’s Shop of the Month and Shining Star Awards, Philadelphia International Airport’s Edgie Award for Best New Store Opening, an Airport Council International Award for Best New Consumer Service, and the United States Department of Defense Patriotic Employer Award. He recently appeared on NBC Nightly News and FOX Business. His company has been featured on CNN, CNBC, and in The New York Times, The Washington Times, The Philadelphia Inquirer, The Atlanta Journal Constitution, USA Today, and Travel & Leisure.

Mr. Solomon earned his Master of Management degree from the Northwestern University Kellogg Graduate School of Management and he stays active with the Kellogg Alumni Club of Chicago. He resides in the Chicago area with his wife and three children.
