Bio
Craig Bradley is one of Chicago’s leading attorneys for emerging technology companies. He represents companies at all stages of development, through formation and seed stage and venture capital private financings, strategic transactions, public offerings, and mergers and acquisitions. Craig has a special focus on serving as primary outside counsel for Internet, software, life sciences, communications and other technology companies. Craig is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management, where he has taught “Business Law for Entrepreneurs” since 1999. He is a co-founder and board member of Wildcat Angels. He is a long-time board member of the Illinois Technology Association. Craig is recognized by Chambers USA as an Illinois “Leading Lawyer” in Corporate/M&A: Private Equity. Craig received his J.D, cum laude, from Indiana University, where he was a member of the Indiana Law Journal.
